Open communication techniques- How to establish open communication in work place

The working environment though seems busy but after all, human beings are there and they need communication that's complimentary and where there's the freedom to speak. That's what is called open communication. It still doesn't mean to become a toady for your whole office! The process that triggers open communication is honesty driven by politeness and comforting others.

1.Share and explain objectives:

"Everyone works for a common goal"

Align your communication to the objective you and your team are working on. What I mean is, to establish open communication and gain trust among teammates, it's essential to get intact with your minds. One of the keys to doing so is to start with an explanation or offering ideas for the goal you're assigned, for example, it could be a group presentation, a status report, or a company tagline. Whatever it is, try to have clear discussions on that objective with your teammates.

2.Send positive messages:

                 "Everyone feels encouraged to perform"

Motivated and thrive minded helps others to uplift as well. It's contagious. Spread positive ideas and promote everyone in your team just like a kindergarten teacher appreciates a child on his/her first drawing. Put them to think they are of good importance and that they are one of the trustworthy people in the group.

3.Create a place for concerns to be heard:

"Everyone wants their reservations to acknowledge"

Open communication, as the name refers, is a type of communication free-for-all. It should be meant not to be static instead it must be flexible enough to let anyone raise an unclear point or any reservation they have. Now you must be thinking, to have a reservation from someone is not a good idea especially when you're working in a team but it's often observed to have a better result for an aimed goal when you better sort out problems of mates regarding the theme or objective.
